The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the room was quiet with coffee or tea available, and the location was convenient, right next to a bakery in a peaceful area.

It's close to a local bakery and another bakery across the street. there is a nice restaurant for dinner.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Hagen. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area and bedroom. The bathroom was large and had a shower. I appreciated the coffee/tea station, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. The hotel also had a great restaurant nearby, which served delicious breakfast and food in general. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and new rooms, with a spacious bathroom and a huge walk-in shower. the option for Netflix on the TV was a definite plus. the location near the highway was convenient for us, and we enjoyed the quietness at night. Having a bakery inside the building where we could get a buffet breakfast for a great price was really convenient. the staff at reception were friendly and efficient, and they even made a reservation for a breakfast table for us. the facilities and amenities at the hotel were excellent.

We felt welcomed into the family at the hotel, and there was no reason for us to complain.
